Greater Annapolis - Kent Narrows - Private Instruction

Woman owned and operated, Chesapeake Boating Academy was established to empower boaters and promote boating safety and confidence behind the helm. Our mission is to create an inclusive, hands-on learning environment, where regardless of experience, everyone can feel comfortable getting behind the wheel to practice and improve their boat handling skills. Gain real life boating practice with a licensed and trained USCG Captain Instructor. Chesapeake Boating Academy offers students a choice of two curriculums: The National Safe Boating Council and US Powerboat Training. The verified curriculum of the NSBC conforms with the American National On-Water Standard, and is available in a series of 3-hr modules. The accredited US Powerboating Training courses consist of either one or two full days of training. The 16 hour Safe Powerboat Handling is a NASBLA/USCG approved course. *PLEASE NOTE: There is a three person minimum for courses. If that minimum is not met, you will be contacted to reschedule.
